Schedule Of Tax Incentives

The net impact of these tax incentives was to lower foreign income tax expense for the six months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 by approximately $2.8 million (approximately $0.08 per diluted share) and $1.7 million (approximately $0.05 per diluted share), respectively, as follows:
