2010 Notice of Annual General Meeting

Road Town, Tortola, 5 May 2010. FLEX LNG (Oslo Axess:
FLNG) is pleased to announce that the 2010 AGM will
be held on 25 May at 11.00 in the Isle of Man. The
notice and attachments were sent to the shareholders
on 4 May and are also enclosed (the 2009 Financial
Statements, were published on 28 April and can be
obtained from www.flexlng.com). The number of shares
outstanding is 112,910,912 and all shares have equal
voting rights.
