Incentive Distribution Rights	11.    Incentive Distribution Rights On September 20, 2010, the Partnership eliminated all of the incentive distribution rights (IDRs) held by its general partner and affiliates of the general partner. As consideration for the elimination of the IDRs, the Partnership issued 32 million common units to the holders of the IDRs. As of the date of this report, there are 106,027,836 common units outstanding and the general partner has retained its 2% interest in the Partnership.
