Subsequent Events The following represents material events that have occurred subsequent to March 31, 2012 through the time of the Partnership’s filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission: Distributions On April 19, 2012, the Partnership declared a distribution of $0.55 per unit to be paid on May 14, 2012 to unitholders of record on May 4, 2012. Acquisitions Oklahoma Oil and Gas. Subsequent to March 31, 2012, the Partnership acquired approximately 5,600 net mineral acres located in the Mississippian Lime oil play in Northern Oklahoma for $18.6 million.
