COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 14 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES As of July 31, 2011, the Company had commitments outstanding for capital expenditures of approximately $16 million. The Company is subject to various claims that arise in the ordinary course of business. The Company believes such claims, individually or in the aggregate, will not have a material adverse effect on its business, financial condition, results of operations or cash flows.
