Senior Loan Agreement	8. Senior Loan Agreement         The Company is party to a senior loan agreement with RBS Citizens, N.A for a $60.0 million revolving line of credit that provides CRA with the additional flexibility to meet any unforeseen financial requirements. The amount available under this revolving line of credit is reduced by certain letters of credit outstanding, which amounted to $0.6 million as of September 29, 2012. There was no amount outstanding under this revolving line of credit as of September 29, 2012.         Under the senior loan agreement, the Company must comply with various financial and non-financial covenants. As of September 29, 2012, the Company was in compliance with the covenants of its senior loan agreement.
