(“Lawson” or the “Company”) is a North American distributor of products and services to the industrial, commercial, institutional and governmental maintenance, repair and operations (“MRO”) marketplace. The Company also manufactures and distributes specialized component parts to the original equipment manufacturers (“OEM”) marketplace.
