Restructuring and Severance	17. Restructuring and Severance During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012, the Company recorded restructuring and severance charges of $0.6 million and $1.3 million, respectively, and during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011, the Company recorded restructuring and severance charges of less than $0.1 million and $0.7 million, related to headcount reductions and consolidation activities. These restructuring and severance charges have been included within restructuring and severance expenses in the accompanying Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations. Total unpaid severance and related charges as of September 30, 2012 was $0.6 million.
