Subsequent Event	14. Subsequent Event On April 9, 2013, the Company acquired a 24% noncontrolling interest in Kleinwort Benson Investors International, Ltd. (“KBII”), a subsidiary of Kleinwort Benson Investors (Dublin), for $3.4 million. KBII is a U.S. registered investment adviser that subadvises the Virtus Emerging Markets Equity Income Fund, an open-end mutual fund that the Company launched in September 2012.
