DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. (“Apollo,” “ApolloMed” or the “Company”) operates as a medical management holding company that focuses on managing the provision of hospital-based medicine and integrated care management services in California. Hospitalist medicine is organized around the admission and care of patients in an inpatient facility such as a hospital or skilled nursing facility and is focused on providing, managing and coordinating the care of hospitalized patients.
