Related Party Transactions	10. Related Party Transactions Due to officers of $18,464 at April 30, 2012 represent amounts due in connection with acquisition of PCCM and reimbursement of certain expenses paid on behalf of the Company. This balance is non- interest bearing and due on demand. Due from affiliates represents advances made by the Company to Apollo Medical Associates (“AMA”). These balances are due on demand, non-interest bearing and are unsecured. AMA is an unconsolidated affiliate of the Company and currently has no operations and is inactive. No management agreement currently exists between AMM and AMA.

10. Related Party Transactions

Due from affiliates represents advances made by the Company to Apollo Medical Associates (“AMA”). These balances are due on demand, non-interest bearing and are unsecured. AMA is an unconsolidated affiliate of the Company and currently has no operations and is inactive. No management agreement currently exists between AMM and AMA.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions, including the nature of the relationship(s), a description of the transactions, the amount of the transactions, the effects of any change in the method of establishing the terms of the transaction from the previous period, stated interest rate, expiration date, terms and manner of settlement per the agreement with the related party, and amounts due to or from related parties.
