Subsequent Event	(19) Subsequent Event On August 7, 2012, Spectrum Brands announced a fiscal 2012 one-time special dividend of $1.00 per share payable on September 18, 2012 to shareholders of record as of close of business on August 27, 2012. The total dividend to be paid will be approximately $53,418, of which HGI will receive $29,536 for the Spectrum Brands common shares it currently holds.
