DIVIDENDS The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on October 25, 2012 to stockholders of record on October 11, 2012. On December 7, 2012, the Company declared a special dividend of $0.66 per share of Class A Common Stock and $0.60 per share of Class B Common Stock payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 21, 2012. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on December 31, 2012 to stockholders of record on December 21, 2012. This dividend normally would have been declared and paid in January 2013. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on April 25, 2013 to stockholders of record on April 11, 2013.
