DIVIDENDS The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on October 24, 2013 to stockholders of record on October 10, 2013. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on January 23, 2014 to stockholders of record on January 9, 2014. On December 7, 2012, the Company declared a special dividend of $0.66 per share of Class A Common Stock and $0.60 per share of Class B Common Stock payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 21, 2012. The Company also paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on December 31, 2012 to stockholders of record on December 21, 2012.
