DIVIDENDS The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on October 22, 2015 to stockholders of record on October 8, 2015. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on January 21, 2016 to stockholders of record on January 7, 2016. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on April 14, 2016 to stockholders of record on April 7, 2016.
