DIVIDENDS The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on October 15, 2020 to stockholders of record on October 8, 2020. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on January 14, 2021 to stockholders of record on January 7, 2021. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on April 15, 2021 to stockholders of record on April 8, 2021.
