DIVIDENDS The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on October 14, 2021 to stockholders of record on October 7, 2021. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on January 13, 2022 to stockholders of record on January 6, 2022.
