DIVIDENDS The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on October 19, 2023 to stockholders of record on October 12, 2023. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on January 19, 2024 to stockholders of record on January 12, 2024. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on April 18, 2024 to stockholders of record on April 11, 2024. The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on October 19, 2023 to stockholders of record on October 12, 2023.

The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on January 19, 2024 to stockholders of record on January 12, 2024.

The Company paid cash dividends of $0.165 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.15 for each share of Class B Common Stock on April 18, 2024 to stockholders of record on April 11, 2024.
