three-clinic physical therapy practice in South Carolina at a purchase price of approximately $3.7 million. This practice generates more than $2.7 million in annual revenue and has approximately 31,000 patient visits per year.

The Company paid $31.1 million for all or a portion of the non-controlling interest held by certain of its equity partners in
