Acquisitions and Sale of Non-Controlling Interests During 2022, the Company acquired additional interests in three partnerships which are included in non-controlling interest. The additional interests purchased in each of the partnerships ranged from 10% to 35%. The aggregated purchase price for these acquired interests was $0.3 million. During 2021, the Company acquired additional interests in five partnerships which are included in non-controlling interest. The additional interests purchased in each of the partnerships ranged from 5% to 35%. The aggregated purchase price for these acquired interests was $1.3 million. The Company also sold an interest in a partnership for $0.1 million. During 2020, the Company acquired additional interests in five partnerships which are included in non-controlling interest. The additional interests purchased in each of the partnerships ranged from 20% to 35%. The aggregated purchase price for these acquired interests was $0.3 million. The Company also sold an interest in a partnership for $0.1 million. During 2020, the Company also sold 14 previously closed clinics. The aggregate sales price was $1.1 million, of which $0.7 million was paid in cash and $0.4 million in a note receivable payable in two equal installments of principal and any accrued interest. The first payment was received in June 2021 and the next payment was received in June 2022.
