Partners' Capital Notes Disclosure [Text Block]	5. Distributions to Holders of Common Units Distributions for both the third quarter of 2020 and the third quarter of 2019 were paid on 34,679,774 common units. The third quarter 2020 distribution of $0.325612 per common unit will be paid on November 12, 2020. Our partnership agreement requires the fourth quarter cash distribution to be paid by February 14, 2021.
