Partners' Capital Notes Disclosure [Text Block]	4. Distributions to Holders of Common Units Distributions for the first quarter of 2021 and 2020 were paid on 34,679,774 common units. The first quarter 2021 distribution of $0.303441 per common unit will be paid on May 13, 2021. Our partnership agreement requires the second quarter cash distribution to be paid by August 14, 2021.
