Partners' Capital Notes Disclosure [Text Block]	5. Distributions to Holders of Common Units The distribution for the first quarter of 2023 will be paid on 38,371,493 common units. The first quarter 2023 distribution of $0.989656 per common unit will be paid on May 11, 2023. The distribution for the first quarter of 2022 was paid on 37,554,774 common units. Our partnership agreement requires the second quarter 2023 distribution to be paid by August 14, 2023.
