Partners' Capital Notes Disclosure [Text Block]	5. Distributions to Holders of Common Units The distribution for the second quarter of 2023 will be paid on 38,715,243 common units. The second quarter 2023 distribution of $0.676818 per common unit will be paid on August 10, 2023. The distribution for the second quarter of 2022 was paid on 37,554,774 common units. Our partnership agreement requires the third quarter 2023 distribution to be paid by November 14, 2023.
