Partners' Capital Notes Disclosure [Text Block]	5. Distributions to Holders of Common Units The distribution for the third quarter of 2023 will be paid on 39,583,243 common units. The third quarter 2023 distribution of $0.845120 per common unit will be paid on November 9, 2023. The distribution for the third quarter of 2022 was paid on 38,371,493 common units. Our partnership agreement requires the fourth quarter 2023 distribution to be paid by February 14, 2024.
