Restructuring and Related Activities Disclosure [Text Block]	RESTRUCTURING ACTIVITIES In May 2012, the company announced a plan ("The 2012 Plan") to consolidate the Nemschoff manufacturing operations in Sheboygan, Wisconsin with the closure of the Sioux Center, Iowa seating plant. The 2012 Plan included the consolidation of the Sheboygan manufacturing sites into one location. This plan reduced fixed costs and operating expenses and improved operating performance and profitability, which further enhanced productivity. The 2012 Plan reduced the company's workforce in North America by approximately 70 employees. No additional restructuring expenses are anticipated in future periods for the 2012 Plan.
