Variable Interest Entities	Variable Interest Entities The Company entered into notes receivable with certain of its third-party independently owned dealers that are deemed to be variable interests in variable interest entities. The carrying value of these notes receivable was $5.7 million and $1.2 million as of March 4, 2023 and May 28, 2022 respectively. This carrying value of long-term notes receivable represents the Company’s maximum exposure to loss. The Company is not deemed to be the primary beneficiary for any of these variable interest entities as each dealer controls the activities that most significantly impact the entity’s economic performance, including sales, marketing, and operations.

The entire disclosure for a variable interest entity (VIE), including but not limited to, judgments and assumptions in determining whether to consolidate and in identifying the primary beneficiary, gain (loss) recognized on the initial consolidation of the VIE, terms of arrangements, amounts and classification of the VIE's assets and liabilities, and the entity's maximum exposure to loss.
