EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN	7. EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN CSC and one of its controlled affiliates sponsor a qualified employee stock ownership plan ("ESOP") in which certain employees participate. Contributions to the plan, which are invested in our stock, are made at the discretion of our Board of Directors. A participant's interest in contributions to the ESOP fully vests after three years of active service. During the 3 years ended March 31, 2012, we made contributions to the ESOP, which were included in operating expenses, of $222,179 in 2012, $147,212 in 2011, and $144,436 in 2010.
