COMMITMENTS	7.  COMMITMENTS From time to time the Company may be liable for claims against its portfolio companies.  We do not believe the effects of such claims would have a material impact on our results of operations and financial condition. CSC has agreed, subject to certain conditions, to invest up to $10,138,169 in nine portfolio companies as of June 30, 2012. On June 28, 2012, we completed a $5,950,000 investment in TitanLiner, Inc. The transaction was funded on July 2, 2012, leaving a commitment payable of $5,950,000 at June 30, 2012.
