STOCK PURCHASE The Company has a stock repurchase program, authorized by the Board of Directors in calendar year 2008, to purchase, subject to market conditions, up to 1,125,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. As of November 30, 2016, 1,012,974 shares are available to be repurchased under the program. There were no purchases in fiscal year 2016 and there have been none thus far in fiscal 2017.
