Stock Repurchase	10. Stock Repurchase In December 2008, our Board of Directors authorized a program to purchase, subject to market conditions, up to 1,500,000 shares of our common stock. As of May 31, 2018, 149,368 cumulative shares have been purchased in negotiated and open market transactions for a total price, including commissions, of approximately $923,000. There were no purchases in fiscal years 2018, 2017 or 2016. Shares purchased under the program were retired.
