STOCK PURCHASE The Company has a stock repurchase program, authorized by the Board of Directors in calendar year 2008, to purchase, subject to market conditions, up to 1,500,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. As of February 28, 2018, 1,350,632 shares were available to be repurchased under the program. There were no purchases in fiscal year 2017 and there have been none thus far in fiscal year 2018.
