Stock Purchase	9. STOCK PURCHASE In December 2008, our Board of Directors authorized a program to purchase, subject to market conditions, up to 1,500,000 shares of our common stock. As of August 31, 2018, 149,368 cumulative shares have been purchased in negotiated and open market transactions for a total price, including commissions, of approximately $923,000. There were no purchases in fiscal year 2018 and there have been none thus far in fiscal year 2019. Shares purchased under the program were retired.
