Subsequent Events	20.Subsequent Events On May 2, 2025, the Operating Partnership entered into a guaranty agreement (the “Guaranty Agreement”) with UMB Bank, N.A., the trustee of the Green Bonds. Pursuant to the Guaranty Agreement, the Operating Partnership guarantees to the trustee the payment of interest and principal amounts due under the Green Bonds, and the indenture governing the Green Bonds was amended to eliminate the financial covenant requiring SuburbanRNG–Stanfield to maintain a defined debt service coverage ratio (see Note 10, “Long Term Borrowings” above).
