Note 17 – Preferred Stock	Note 17 – Preferred Stock Our preferred stock has a par value of $0.001 per share. Series B Preferred Stock (“Series B Stock”) is convertible into common stock at a ratio of 0.8334 shares of common stock for each share of Series B Stock held and votes together with the common stock on an as-if-converted basis. 982,000 shares of Series B Stock were converted into 818,334 shares of common stock in June 2023. Shares outstanding at April 30, 2024 totaled 4,676 which are convertible into 3,896 shares of common stock.
