Note 20 - Related-Party Transactions	Note 20 - Related-Party Transactions In January 2022, the Company entered into a note agreement with an employee in the principal amount of $510,323, as further described in Note 7. In February 2024, the Company sold Rotor Riot and Fat Shark to Unusual Machines, as further described in Note 3 and Note 9. UMAC’s Chief Executive Officer is a direct relative of a member of the Company’s management. Additional related party transactions are disclosed in Note 14.
