NOTE 9 – COMMON SHARE REPURCHASES

 

The Company has a share repurchase program with the authorization to purchase up to $50.0 million of the Company’s common shares. During the nine-month period ended September 30, 2022 the Company repurchased 24,546 shares for $0.9 million. No shares were repurchased during the three-month period ending September 30, 2022 nor the nine-month period ended September 30, 2021. As of September 30, 2022, the Company had $48.1 million available for repurchase under the share repurchase program.
