Related Party Transactions	Note 9 – Related Party Transactions A director is a member of a law firm which was retained by us. In each of the six month periods’ ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, fees received from us by such firm did not exceed $120,000. Additionally, such fees did not exceed, in either six month period, 5% of such firm’s revenues.
