Subsequent Event	12. Subsequent Event On July 28, 2017, we entered into a participation and servicing agreement with the lender on our Rego Park II shopping center loan. We invested $200,000,000 as a participant in the loan, receiving interest of LIBOR plus 1.60%, currently 2.83%. The loan matures in November 2018.
