1 This includes recoverable amounts from various countries, including Mexico, where we have experienced VAT refund delays from the Mexican government. We believe these are fully collectible, and our recent discussions with the government have resulted in an updated timeline for resolution. As a result, we have classified $6.1 as long-term as of September 30, 2024. The aggregate of current and long-term balances of Mexico VAT recoverable was $35.9 and $48.2 at September 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023, respectively.
