Stock Repurchase Program	12. Stock Repurchase Program The Company maintains a stock repurchase program approved by the Board of Directors which authorizes the repurchase of shares from time to time in open market purchases. The repurchase program currently allows for the repurchase of approximately 1.2 million additional shares as of December 31, 2011. During 2011, 2010 and 2009, the Company repurchased 339,384, 266,672 and 312,959 shares for weighted average prices of $14.08, $12.79 and $9.62 per share, respectively.
