Common Stock Outstanding

As of March 31, 2017, there were 45,448,022 shares of our common stock outstanding.

On November 12, 2015, we entered into the 2015 ATM Agreement with Cowen and Company, LLC (“Cowen”) under which we could offer and sell our common stock from time to time up to aggregate sales proceeds of $90 million through Cowen as our sales agent. As of March 31, 2017, we have received cash of $29.5 million resulting from sales of 6,697,568 shares of our common stock under the 2015 ATM Agreement.
