Common Stock	7. Common Stock Common Stock Outstanding As of June 30, 2017, there were 54,747,656 shares of our common stock outstanding. On November 12, 2015, we entered into the 2015 ATM Agreement with Cowen and Company, LLC (“Cowen”) under which we could offer and sell our common stock from time to time up to aggregate sales proceeds of $90 million through Cowen as our sales agent. As of June 30, 2017, we received net cash proceeds of $88.2 million resulting from sales of 15,997,202 shares of our common stock under the 2015 ATM Agreement. The ATM Agreement terminated in June 2017.
