Restructuring	16. Restructuring In January 2017, we implemented organizational restructuring and cost reduction plans to align around our immuno-oncology business while allowing us to advance HEPLISAV-B through the FDA review and approval process. To achieve these cost reductions, we suspended manufacturing activities, commercial preparations and other long term investment related to HEPLISAV-B and reduced our global workforce by approximately 40 percent. In the first quarter of 2017 we recorded charges of $2.8 million related to severance, other termination benefits and outplacement services. As of December 31, 2017, all of the $2.8 million was paid.
