Subsequent Event	14. Subsequent Event On July 31, 2020, we entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to sell our SD-101 program which included intellectual property, clinical trial data, clinical supply inventory, certain contracts, other data, records, goodwill and certain other assets for an upfront payment of $5 million, $4 million in December 2020, contingent milestone payments and royalty payments based on the net sales of SD-101.
