EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS	NOTE J – EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company maintains a 401(k) plan and trust for nonunion employees. At the discretion of the Company, the Company may elect to match 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of the participant’s compensation. The Company made matching contributions of approximately $1.3 million, $1.0 million and $0.9 million for the years ended January 31, 2014, January 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
