EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS	NOTE J — EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company maintains a 401(k) plan (the “GIII Plan”) and trust for non-union employees. The Plan provides for a Safe Harbor (non-discretionary) matching contribution of 100% of the first 3% of the participant’s contributed pay plus 50% of the next 2% of the participant’s contributed pay. The Company made matching contributions of  $3.6 million, $2.9 million and $2.3 million for the years ended January 31, 2018, 2017 and 2016, respectively. The DKI 401(k) plan and trust for U.S. based non-union employees was merged with the GIII Plan on December 31, 2016.
