Other Events.

On March 31, 2020, G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. (“G-III”) issued a press release announcing actions that G-III is taking in response to the COVID-19 outbreak to strengthen its financial flexibility, including temporary reductions in salaries of management and other senior personnel and temporary employee furloughs. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
