For the three months ended October 31, 2024, the Company issued no shares of common stock and utilized no shares of treasury stock in connection with the vesting of equity awards. For the nine months ended October 31, 2025, the Company issued no shares of common stock and utilized 460,856 shares of treasury stock in connection with the vesting of equity awards. For the nine months ended October 31, 2024, the Company issued no shares of common stock and utilized 366,714 shares of treasury stock in connection with the vesting of equity awards. |
