Schedule of activity in its allowance for credit losses

During the nine months ended October 31, 2025, accounts receivable balances of $8.4 million were deemed uncollectable and written off against the allowance primarily due to the bankruptcy of certain customers within the Company’s wholesale operations segment, including Hudson’s Bay Company.
